It only happens when im playing a game
I get dropped to the desktop like a bad habbit usually after about 5-10 min of gameplay
my speakers make a cracky noise i get a blue screen cant read it fast enough and it restarts my computer

It sounds like an unstable overclock. Try running prime95 and see if you get any errors.

memory problem? too high of an overclock, those two things sound suspicious, even though you have low temps. Especially the memory, are you on a non standard fsb? Other than that it sounds like a code in the game that is causing win xp to barf. Is it more than one game that is doing it? If it is that starts smelling like a memory error, pci bus error, and heat. Scale your overclock down some and see what happens. That should tell you VERY quickly where the problem is.

may clock down but its been stable so far
i havent really loaded any other games

try prime95 and see what happens from there. Often a "stable" system isn't. You are running SETI I assume, and that is pretty good, but Prime is harder and will find errors. Try another game or two and an underclock, you should find the problem fairly quickly that way.
