I need some tips on a heatsink, it must do the following:

1) attach to ALL the tabs on a socketA mobo, since my current KK266R has a broken middle tab.
2) be able to keep a 1.4ghz Tbird stable under load, perhaps even overclocked to say, 1.5ghz...my current chip does 1.65ghz @1.85v, but it is watercooled presently, do not know if there is an air-cooler that can keep it stable at this speed.
3) copper, preferably
4) not TOO loud, along the lines of the Millenium Glaciator, Delta whine is very objectionable.

Any ideas?

You want to move to air cooling from water? OK, the heatsink that comes to mind is the new Swiftech MCX-462, the broken tab is a non issue with this HSF as long as you have the holes in your mobo. This sink should allow you to keep your current 1.65 ghz. It also has an 80mm fan that is more tolerable than the fast 60mm screamers.
