Remove the 'size=150' from the image tag in your post, in order for the pic to show up correctly. Which version of Messenger are you trying to run? What happens when you try to sign in to Messenger... what's the error message if any? When you say "Everything except those 2 applications can access the internet", which other application besides Messenger are you having problems with... Windows activation?
Open Event Viewer (in order to access the error logs, and check for any critical errors)...Start | Run | Type eventvwr.msc and click OK | Highlight "Application" and "System" independently in the LH pane | Right click a couple of the newest crtical errors you've received (critical errors are in Red), possibly related to your network connection, and select "Properties" | Copy and paste (use the "Copy to Clipboard" button under the arrow butons in the Event Properties" window) the error messages as they appear under the "Description" field, and post them in this thread.

windows activation, yes. Neither of them can get online.. they say check your internet connectivity... That pic is of the msn messenger trouble shooter, it tests the network settings, but EVERYTHING it checks = ok... :S
About the size 150... it put that in there on it's own :S
Once i get to my friends i will check out the event log.

The date on your computer needs to be set properly... double click the clock in the tray, and verify that the time and date are set correctly. If you use a firewall (like ZoneAlarm, Norton Internet Security etc. ), it's possible that Messenger doesn't have the correct rights to access the Internet. You may need to add Messenger and Windows activation to the "Allowed list" of programs in your firewall if this is the case. If you disabled your firewall in the past, it still may be blocking Messenger... try restarting it and see if that helps the situation. You also might try uninstalling an installed firewall, to verify that it isn't causing a problem (even if it's disabled).
Clear your IE cache and cookies (open IE | "Tools" menu | Internet Options | click the "Delete Files" button, and when that's complete click the "Delete Cookies" button. Check your IE Security settings (open IE | "Tools" menu | Internet Options | "Advanced" tab | Scroll to the Security section, and verify that "Check for server certificate revocation" is unchecked. Also verify that "Use SSL 2.0' and Use SSL 3.0" is checked, then click OK.
If Messenger or Windows activation still can't connect after performing the previous steps... Start | Run | Type regsvr32 softpub.dll, and click OK.
