okay people what do you think will be better then?
the antec neopower 480w, which is modular and expensive, compared to the silverpower 400w.
most of you probab;ly wont know the silverpower, so here you are:
http://www.custompc.co.uk/custompc/labs/79280/silverpower-sp400p1b.html

thanks guys, just a little more info, the neopower is on ebay, and so second hand, but seems in very good (perfect) nick...
in fact, here you are:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=6844518132&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1

so, what do you think? (price probably not being the factor here)
thanks

NeoPower.

18A on a single +12v doesn't go as far as it sounds. Especially when overclocking or talking about the high power video cards these days.

Any particular reason why you mention these 2 specifically?

because the silverpower is in my budget, and the neopower is on ebay, cheap, and it seems nice, though i dont know anything about it.
if you check my sig, i am running that rig, which is not hugely demanding, as you can see. all that will happen to it in the near future is a better graphics card, and another 80gb of sata HD.
thanks

I still suggest the Neopower. It is a more balanced unit, and will handle an upgrade to newer components better than the SilverPower.
