I have 1x P200MMX and 2x P166MMX procs. The 200 and one of the 166's
are the same family,model and stepping (5,4,3 resp.) and look the same
(ie like the newer socket procs - funny 'fibreglass' package material).
The other 'older' 166 is a different model and stepping(5,4,4) and also
has the older package ie ceramic but with built in HSF by Intel. My
problem is the 5,4,3 166proc only o/c's to 166 on my GA-586DX dual mobo
but does 200 if forced on a 100x2 MVP4 mobo. The older 166 does 200
easy on my GA-586DX. What is the best combo of procs to use in this
case??
