What in the world is the deal? I have a AMD-A0900MMR24B Slot A processor and an Epox EP-7KXA+ mobo. I have more time building this box than any in my life.
I almost faithfully have to hit the reset button to get video sent to the monitor. And I can't complete an install of 98 or w2k.
I have:
used three different PCI and AGP cards
swapped ram
different HD and CD-ROM (not that I thought it would help)
no other cards...have even removed mobo from case
I used fail-safe BIOS settings, Optimal, and my own configs...
Any ideas?
