Need fan for HDD cooler

I have a Just Cooler HD100 that one of the fans went bad on. Are these fans 40x40x10 mm? Where is the cheapest place to get one (w/ fair shipping)?

I just use one of those cheap ones that stick to the bottom to the HDD
it'z only 20HKG in HK (less than 3 US)
and before i used it the surface of the HDD was quite hot
but after i used it, it is just a little bit warm when under load

best hd cooler i have seen is the one at http://LeufkenTechnologies.com/, not good for lots of hard disks

Thanks but as I mentioned, I just need a new fan (a replacement for the one that went bad) for my HDD cooler, not a new HDD cooler.
