Latest Update

Well last night I tried reinstalling the Artic Silver 2 Again and I have the same temps as before.
(38 Cel. Case Temp and 49-50 Cel. CPU temp at idle)
Then just to see- I took the side panel off and the CPU temp dropped to 44-45 Cel.
Do you think I need some more fans or what?
Maybe a new Heatsink/Fan or just install a new Screamer Fan onto the heatsink.
The CPU fan 38CFM is blowing down on the CPU.
I have 2 Sunon Fans - 2900 RPM/39CFM
1 drawing air in the front and 1 Exhausting air in the back of the case opposite the cpu.

Will have to do a case mod to put a fan on the side panel.

Any suggestion PLEASE to bring the temps down to do some overclocking later?

yeh, get some nice powerful fans but dont get a new hsf yet, see how much this effect 40 is not bad for a tbird so aim for that, then consider better cooling (possably water?)
