Overclocking Estimate

I want to know how much i can overclock a AMD Athlon XP 1800 or 1900 on an ABIT KG7 Raid Mobo with a water cooling system with just distilled water and water wetter. Please give me an estimate so that when i try to overclock i dont blow it up by going to far. if you have any suggestions plz include those too (i.e. voltage, fsb, multiplier)

1700-1850 using a xp 1800+ on that board with no voltage mods.
The board has a max of 1.85v so there will be no problem using the max setting.
