Its about Etiquette, proper manners and ways to talk to your fellow oc'ers that is all these are the rules you signed up for when you agreed to them. You have a community to uphold one that is as safe for a child to look on while sitting on you knee. This is not too much to ask of you, we are not telling you what to do we are reminding you of the rules of the road. It's a shame you cannot see this, would you not be offended to have a child read some of the things that have been said in the past days?

The best part about this forum is the community, and with that community comes decorum, why should the community on a whole suffer because of someones trash talk? We all adhere to the rules, it's just some of it has gotten out of hand and it's time to crack the whip.

If you feel this way and you must leave so you must I cannot stop you, but you are more than welcome to stay and contribute to the community. T[H]ere are other forums with to vent your anger. We need to keep this a great place to come back to, our members range in the ages of under 13 to well higher... we have a vast diversity here. Think about all this before you decide on what you are going to do.

You can say whatever you want in the forum. All that is asked is common courtesy and respect for others.

It will be sad to see you leave, especially under circumstances like these.

I felt like leaving after the events of Sept. 11th, and some other political things that happened in some threads about that time, but I thought about it, and decided that nothing has been able to keep me away from a great bunch of people before, and nothing will ever. There are things you don't like no matter where you are. You just have to learn to accept "things/people" that don't agree with you. That is the only thing that allows us to learn IMHO.
If nothing else just take off for a while, and see whats out there then come back after you cool off, but don't let anyone take away something as great as this place.
