Seasonic S12 430w vs Fortron Blue Storm 400w

I'm searching for good build quality, stable rails, and quietness. Which would be better?

They are both good quality and have stable rails. The Seasonic would be the quiet PSU of choice.

Both are top quality, sesonic will cost more and run quieter. Fortron will save some $$ and thats about it.

The AX500-A (500w Bluestorm) would be more in the price range of the S-12 430w. It all depends on your personal needs though, the Seasonic will be quieter, but the Bluestorm will be more powerful (The 500w that is).

It's actually a 460w, the model number for the Fortron is misleading. ;)

I know, I just don't want to confuse anyone since they say it's 500w everywhere.
