Has anyone been getting WUs using the FaHCore 79? I just got one. It uses SSE2 and EMIII reports it as a 510pter. This is my first time using the 'Double Gromacs' core.

from what i have heard they are pretty rare, but they give you much more ppd on both intel and amd machines over regular gromacs. when they stopped the qmd, i got 2 right off the bat but haven't seen one since.

DGromacs has been around for quite some time. These big point WUs are relatively new. DGromacs are assigned to machines without SSE2 so they're benched by Stanford on a P4c 2.8 with SSE2 disabled and the points set to produce 110ppd. When run on a machine with SSE2, points production roughly doubles.
