I had a Processor rma'd back in October of last year. So EWiz sends me a replacement, however they sent me the wrong item. So I send the item back. Over two weeks ago a rep from Ewiz calls me and tells me that the item is not in stock so they're gonna issue me a refund. Well after waiting two and a half weeks still no refund. I just got off the phone with EWiz and the rep told me they lost my refund paperwork. They will reissue and I should have my refund by Friday or early next week. Needless to say my experience with EWiz RMA service gets 1 out of 10 points......
