Everytime that I click on internet explorer this comes up. "408 HTA warning..........your internet activitys are being recorded" blah blah blah and than it tells me to go to some random site and buy some software. Im pretty sure that its spyware but I want to make sure.

Yeah, spyware. Download Adaware and it'll take care of that for you.
