you have to change them in your BIOS...
and the lower the number, the better. (that is if you rm is fast enought)

Could any tell what do I change in the BIOS exactly? Any one w/ a mobo like mine should know...
u need first get into your chip configuration tab (bios) and look for the setting where the option SPD is chosen - something like "read from SPD" or "by SPD". select the option for user define which will release all other settings for u. then lower is faster. the most common settings will be CAS latency!, RAS precharge time, RAS to CAS delay and active to precharge time. if the most lower for everyone wont be acceptable (computer wont post) try out only the CAS latency which is the most important: leave all other ones in their times and select 2T for this one.

Thx ahead. Do you have ADVANCED CHIPSET FEATURES in you BIOS? Let's go thru this a step at a time.

I found it and changed to 2-2-2 was on 3-3-3 I got an improvment of about 50MB/s in Int ALU and about 75MB/s in Float FPU!
My FSB is 140MHz, and till now everything's stable.
