What if you set the multiplier really high and set the FSB lower, like 100 or something around there. Would you get a better overclock?
Higher fsb is a better oc, it make everything go faster not just the cpu

The cpu doesnot care how its speed is determined. If a cpu will max out at for example 1500, then it will run just fine at 100x15 or at 150x10, does not matter. Overclocking the FSB does overclock the RAM and PCI bus so it will increas overall system speed.
Above mentioned is absolutely correct. FSB o/c has the best overall performance. Some components and mobo's don't like a lot of FSB overclocking, so you have to try to meet them at the middle.
