whats da best g3 ti200? quick!

Whats the best g3 ti200 for about 170$? i need to know quickly!

I would go with either the Visiontek Xtasy card that's a Ti200 or the Pony Ti200. Both are just over 170$ on www.newegg.com but you can probably find them for less. Plus, I've heard great reviews for both of the cards. Hope this helps.

i found a g3 normal for £175 is this good? or whats about the asus one for £225? whats ns mem does it have?
wheres a CHEAP UK vendor, overclockers.co.uk is £100 more than u.s.!

As far as a good uk vendor i can't help you. but most regular gf3 are better than the Ti200 version. They're suppose to be anyway. They SHOULD all have the same ns memory. What brand is the regular gf3 you found? If you are going to go for a Ti200 i'd go for visiontek or pony. Just my $.02

i suggest you get a Ti200 ad oc it, or get a Radeon8500, trust me it isnt worth the money because a Ti200 can oc easily almost to Ti500 speeds....

Do you reckon it would be better to get a ti200 and a 40gig (7200rpm ata100) hdd or just a ti500?
At the moment my ata66 5400rpm drive is ****!
What cooling would i nedd to oc the ti200 successfully and which card? Some have better features but which one is the most oc'able?ie: lower ns.

I'd definitely go for the Ti200 and the hdd. As for cooling some got to almost a standard gforce3 with stock cooling! It won't take much to pass the normal gforce3 but will probably be tough to get to Ti500 speeds but it's not impossible. As for which brand, the visiontek is a nice card as well as the pony card. I hear some good things about the leadtek as well but i also hear some bad things about this card.

Check if they have a Gainward Golden Sample version of the Ti200, Gainward almost always puts the most overclockable ram on there....

i got my gainward geforce ti200 450 and man its the best thing ive done for (US$190) in the longest. it is rock stable at 215/480 with just stock cooling.
