Actually, the one for $119 at ZZF is not the "nF4 Ultra-D", but the non-ultra "nF4-D". The Ultra-D at ZZF is $129 (linked below), the non-ultra is OOS at the moment at ZZF.

The differences are that the Ultra has Dual Gigabit LAN and supports SATA speeds up to 3Gb/s vs single Gigabit LAN and SATA speeds up to 1.5Gb/s for the non-Ultra.

i've seen nf4 ultra-d's for sale here at the forums for $100 or so. i'll just wait. but for someone who wants to buy new this is good.

The Ultra-D is SLI capable with a bit of modding. But it does not come SLI ready. :)

DFI started putting epoxy on the points so you couldnt mod it. that was a while ago though. maybe there is a way you could get the epoxy off
