Looking for a Windows XP Pro recovery command line

I'm looking for this Windows XP Pro command line which tries to fix damaged files by copying them from the installation CD. This is not a Recovery Installation - this command runs from within windows, but does require the installation CD in the drive. I just can't remember what was it, and googling didn't help.
