Choppy Video

Whenever I play an mpeg or avi file it stutters alot for some reason. Nothing is running in the background that should cause this, it is very annoying can anyone reccomend a fix? I have tried using both realplayer and windows media player..

maybe try to reinstall windows, video drivers, or maybe your mpeg drivers if that's possible, or use VideoLan's VLC media player

Hmmm went away must have just been a hiccup, oh well.
