well i was one of the guys that first jumped on this 2x1gb for $190 deal when it was first seen on newegg. for the first 2 months of owning the ram i had no problems at all.
then suddenly last week, i got some BSOD error and a reboot. since then i kept getting them as soon as windows would load, this included safe mode.
after spending hours troubleshooting and EVEN installing a 2nd directory of windows, i finally exchanged my RAM with some 2x512mb Corsair 4400s i have and the problem went away instantly. all the frustration and headaches cuz of the ram.
now i gotta go and look up how to RMA these things. booooo =(
