samsung X toshiba

which one make better memory chips/modules?
its a difficult answer i know; its almost a stupid question but i gotta choose one of both compaq memories, same specs despite one has the chips made by toshiba and the other has samsung ones. which one should i better go for?

Thats really something that would have to be tested for individually. I don't think that there would be any other way around it if they have all the same specs.
