Diskepper Help???

I recently ran Diskepper on my laptop and it gave very good results. It did however come up with this recommendation

• The MFT usage is currently 90 percent of the total MFT

My Disk Size is :- 73.140MB with 20.817MB of free space
Current MTF Size is :- 71.840 records = 70MB with 90% used

I know I can change this to a larger capacity but I never really done this before and as such dont know what the implications would be if any.

What would be the best size to change it too and what would the implications be.
