Normal PF use?

Well right now I'm getting like 310 MB after boot up. Applications running are norton antivirus, and ati tray tools along with 6.2's. Win XP64.

Is this normal? Before when I had CC, I had like 370MB eeeek!

It's perfectly normal... the PF usage size in Task Manager is really what's called the "Commit charge", which is the amount of overall RAM that's currently committed for processes. It includes both physical RAM that's committed, along with memory that's currently swapped out to the pagefile.
