My Athlon AXIA 1.2GHz 200MFB won't oc any higher than 1248MHz on a FSB of 106 I think, the chipset on my mobo is a Via KT133 and I think this is the problem!! Any suggestions...

Up your voltages, if possible. Where are they now?

Do u know the Core-setting? (like AVIA of AXIA?)

I believe he said it is an AXIA, which should not be a problem-this stepping tends to be a good o/c cpu.

I don't see were he said it was a AXIA, but if so, we should know something about the temperature of his CPU?

It is all in the sig, it is AXIA, but i think its the KT133 myself.
why not up the multiplier instead of the fsb.
Should be able to get that chip up to 1.4 easy.

Well i would pencil the L1s but I don't want to rip the heatsink off again, the ceramic part of the cpu is scratched already!!

I think Flycore's suggestion may be your only choice. Your board does in fact have the earlier 133 chipset. Sounds like you already know about the FSB issues with the 133. I've heard people manage around 110-115 most of the time.
Are you running 4-way interleave or anything really funky or just the basic CAS2, 100MHz memory settings? Hang onto that AXIA..take care of it, and then get a good mobo upgrade that will unleash it's potential. Or...unlock that puppy and crank it up! :)

You have the same MoBo as me, there is absolutely no point in doing the L1's, as there is no multiplier setting on the MoBo. Your only choice is to use the FSB and play with the memory setting in the BIOS. I managed to get a 113 FSB, but it was unstable using the internet. If you would like some help with the BIOS settings, feel free to PM me and I will send you the details.
Strangely almost every stick of memory I have had in the board has OC'ed very well. I had PC100 running at 146 fully stable.
