How can you Move the QuickLaunch Bar

How would you go about moving the Quicklaunch Bar Back over to being right next to being back by the Start Button

Put the pointer of the mouse just left of the aol symbol you should see the pointer change to two sideways arrows press left mouse button hold down and move to the left.

Tried that. All I get is this

Score, I got it back to what it used to be. For future reference, double the height, Reduce the size of the upper bar until it moves all the way to the right, and then reduce the size back down to one

Or you could have kept moving it to the left till it crosses onto the start button. I tried it and it works on my system. I am glad you got it working.
