Oy yea baby I just found out my 1.1 T-Bird is unlocked. I took it off to look at it cause I run water cooling and wanted to see if everything was ok and I looked at the L1 bridge and the dots were connected. I think this is good news seeing as how in the last month I've went through two video cards.

Congrats! Now carefully put your heatsink back on..close the case, and just play with the BIOS for a while! Don't wanna go messin' up that unlocked beauty or any more video cards! :)

well under closer examination of my 1.4tbird i just got in the mail, i noticed that the dots next to the L1 are connected,
this means the cpu is unlocked right?

right, all TBirds 1.2 and up are unlocked

Heh... speaking of all things returned.... I purchased Madden 2001 about a month ago for $15 at Hastings.... then received Madden 2002 as a gift about a week ago and returned 2001, and even though I was in violation of the return policy (2 weeks, unopened) they took it back no questions asked. :)
