Best case for watercooling?

Ok, I am wondering what the best case for water cooling out there is other than an aluminium one.

I have been looking at the 4Q case at webuildpcs.com, but the ps is not that great.

I am also looking to spend less than 75 for a case + PS (yeah, i am cheap!)

I have to suggest the Supercase (http://www.servercase.com/ImageFiles/SC01F.html) as a cheap one. It is a full tower, costs $39 with out a power supply, and is a modder's dream!
