well if the tube is loose then It'll prolly leak, dunno bout the spraying part though it'll most likely just drip. But if all precautions are taken care of, chances of a leak are slim to none.

Simple to run a test of the system before fitting it up, finally, into the case to establish if there are any leaks. In fact it is normal practice.

you should be fine if you use hose clamps. sometimes its the block itself that leaks, but those are mostly qc issues and dont often happen.

As mentioned above, you should definitely run your water cooling system for at least 24 hours with your computer turned off when you first install it or make any changes to it. This will allow you to check it for any leaks without damaging your computer.
Another suggestion that I have is that you do not excessively move and mess with your water cooling system while your computer is running. You could accidentally create a leak and damage your computer.
Having said that, I ran my water cooling system 24/7 for about a year without any problems at all. I am currently rebuilding my water cooling sytem and I hope to have it up and running soon.

Sure, there are many possible ways to spring a leak. However, most, if not all, potential problems can be alleviated by careful, patient assembly and great attention to detail.

Just like everyone said- with good clamps and barbs, leaks are rare.
