Now this is not for my machine. I just picked up a 6600GT off of ebay. In my fiance's machine is either a ti4600 or ti4800. In my machine, i am taking out the BFG 5700le OC. Should i put this into her machine, or leave what i already have in there? Im not going to overclock whichever card i pick to put in there. Just gonna leave it stock.

Leave the 46/4800 in there.
I've heard that the 57xx series cards REALLY sukT.
Stay with what works.

The raw numbers don't help a lot, but you can compare the two over at Gpureview (LINKed). You would have to go all the way to a 5700 U to match the Ti-4600 (if even that would catch up -- might take a 5900). nVidia really changed the basis of numbering from the GF4 to the FX series. A Ti-4200 is also plenty faster than a 5700LE (I don't get the idea of first CRIPPLING a GPU, and then turning around and overclocking the cripple; that LE to OC deal seems weird to me!)

Yup. The base 5700LE appears to have HALF the performance that a Ti-4600 does!
