kinda impossible with the answers given to you above
btw i checked them they are right.
Lets say someone didn't see the answers....
Thanks. I got my first one from Microsoft. I went to some launch event and they gave everyone this box with a thing inside. It was the first USB drive I ever saw, a whopping 16mb. It sold for around $40 at the time. I don't have it anymore so I guess I lost it.

I sure hope it is larger than 16MB. At least 64MB would be some useful for storing powerpoint presentations.
I just filled it out. Now lets see if we actually get them. I never have much luck with the 'free usb drive' deals. And if I do get it, I am expecting a 16mb drive packed full with all the spam you can stand.

microsft is pretty good about this kind of thing, they came through and gave me 2 copies of office 2003 free of charge, and gave away thousands of copies of visual studio 2k5, worth 500 per license, i wouldnt see why they'd have any issue delivering on $5 thumb drives
EDIT: great find original poter, i just filled mine out. 2 real/good cyber deals 2 days in a row, things are looking good
I just filled out the form myself. Now it is time to wait 6 to 8 weeks for it to be delivered :p . Last time I got something from Microsoft from an online order form was SP2 for XP. It shipped very quickly and I recieved the CD within 2-3 weeks. *hopes that USB drive gets here just as fast as well*

hehe, the best part is, after getting to the form, you actually only have to hit two buttons to get it to work: one for the google toolbar autofill ( :D ) and one to change the "1" for the first question to a "2". The other three are defaulted to the right answer. :D
Oh, and the enter button. Make that 3.

I ordered mine props slaps been on a roll lately wt da freebies.... There is some speculation on some of the other forums I visit and the consensus is that most likely 32 or 64 as microshaft knows they will be useless otherwise but even if it is a 16 can still use to transfer drivers which is all i use them for anyway

"Thank you for your interest in the Mystery Solved Windows® licensing promotion. We've received your request for more information to help clarify Microsoft® Windows Desktop Licensing pre-loaded on the USB drive. Unfortunately, this Mystery Solved promotion was available in the U.S. only and while supplies last. Supply is depleted at this time, so we encourage you to please utilize the online alternative today.
Simply download* the Windows Desktop Licensing reference files directly at:

To help simplify Windows Desktop Licensing, keep these points in mind:

Volume licensing covers Windows Desktop operating system upgrades only.
OEM operating system licenses live and die with each PC–they are not transferable.

Yup, nice of them to notify us 2.5 months late. I sent back a grumpy email saying they should notify folks on the website when supplies go out of stock and they should have notified us we weren't getting anything much sooner.
They did much better with the notebook mice promo a while back. It too a long time to get, but they notified you that you were getting one, though delayed, and when supplies went out.
