Working with PDF's

I'm trying to download the "Airplane Flying Handbook" which is produced by the FAA. You can find it on google by doing a search for "FAA-H-8083-3A". Problem is they give it to you in 7 pdf files. Which makes it hard to search for certain things and flat out annoying. Is there a way that I can cut and join the PDF files together? I can't find it all in one download and I'd like to so that I can teach my students with it.

PDF Editor 2.4 allows you to do this, as long as the files are not password protected.
