I was just wondering, Normally my 12v rail (as reported by SmartGuardian and is pretty acurate here) on my Fortron AX450-PN (i believe) is 11.96v, which i believe is fine, but when my videocard is under load its at 11.77-11.71v and when its OC'd it drops down to 11.64v. This is while my CPU is not OC'd which doesnt drop the voltage any if i can recall.

Well what i wanted to know is if this is safe. I've had no stability issues, but i do believe this is why i cant get above a 530 vcard core.

The PSU has 2 12v rails each at 18A

It sounds as though the supply is operating at 100% capacity. Supplies don't normally live a long life when stressed to this degree, but with a Fortron likely the worst that could happen is the supply dies prematurely--rather than taking the machine with it.

The dual 12V on this situation didn't really help at all.. i prefer a good brand PSU @400W-500W with strong 12V amperage.
