my gigabit doesnt work

can anybody tell me how can I enable my gigabit, coz every time I connect it conects at 100mbps and not 1gbps. How can I get it to connect at 1gbps ??

You can't connect at 1Gbps. You can only connect at 1gbps speeds with other 1gbps devices such as a gigabit switch. I'm 99% sure your ADSL modem only conencts at 100mbps. So nothing there's wrong.
