Is this the Athlon XP?
If so then from what I've read this stepping should be good for O/C

my 1800+ with the same stepping as yours hits 1.726 stable. But I do have a problem with 3dMark2001. No matter what the speed it locks... even with different HD. It must be a corrupted HD.

Same stepping, 1702MHz, rock stable here.

I've had it Folding 24/7 for several days straight with no problems, and occasionally run some Test Drive 5 while it's Folding....

No problems whatsoever..:D

Just wish it would give me a bit more "ooomph", but I think it needs more vcore for that...lol
