THE VOLE has changed the codename for the operating system following Vista – hey, these kind of things are important, right?
According to Daily Tech, the futureware formerly known as Blackcomb will be called Vienna. We nor the site have no idea whatever how long it took for Volish wizards to come up with this one, nor why the codename’s been changed.
Vista, the operating system formerly known as Longhorn, is due to be released later this year, with the hardware firms all holding their breath that Microsoft will wreak a miracle and persuade the world+dog to upgrade, upgrade and upgrade again.
