When i try to start a game with one of my characters i get a Generic Bad File error. It started right after i crashed with that character, not that that hasnt happened before. Any ideas on how to fix it. I have tried disk check, scandisk, and registry checkers. No luck. Any Ideas?

I don't think he can be fixed. I've had characters do that when I edited them and they just wouldn't work after that. A good idea is to back all your characters up at regular intervals, say every week. This helps recover from random errors.

That sucks. I need to start backing them up, like you say. Its a legit character too, so that couldnt be the problem.

Sorry, my friend.

The only thing that I suggest you do is pick up a character editor and try to hack him back in as well as you remember him to be. Just don't embellish.

Play on realms

That's how you prevent your chars from being ruined.

Open bnet is like playing original Diablo

Actually i usually just play single player, and use those characters at LAN's. I actually havnt played online at all.
