There are some pretty nice deals on egay. I bought a 2gb 60x SD card for $63 shipped. Another seller had a 133x 2gb card for $70 shipped, but the speed wasn't important to me so I went with the cheaper option. I surfed all over the net and couldn't find a 2gb any cheaper than this.

The only "catch" to these ebay deals is that they come from Hong Kong and Singapore. It's not a scam, you'll get the card, but it will take up to 11 business days because of shipping.
