can someone wiht a vapochill (or without i guess) give me a quick overview of how the thing cools, and how it deals with the condensation im sure its cooling creates. thanks.

hmm yeah im stupid . . . .

still dont see how it deals with condensation though . . .

It deals with it by having insulation wrapped around the evaporator.. Also, there is a piece of insulation that goes under the CPU (in the empty space in the socket). They also recommend putting dielectric grease in the socket to keep moisture off the CPU pins.

Lastly, they have a heater coil that goes on the top of the CPU, around the die).. This is used to keep the pins warm, so the rest of the CPU & mobo don't get condensation.

I think that you can use the option of a little heater that goes on teh flip chip package that way you don't worry about condensation.
