The best, the Alpha P3125. It's in its own league. It's a bit pricey, though. The GlobalWin VOS32 comes in second with a much lower price

There are a couple others that provide pretty good cooling like the Vantec P3d-050 and the Globalwin VGSO8H for like 15 bucks, but the best ones are the ones that ITTHeCOw suggested except they are 25-40 dollars.....

Best Slot 1 HSF's are definitly the Alpha 3125 and the Swiftech Mc1001 and 2000
