Good headset?

Just wondering which one is better. I'm mostly going for comfort and that is the only thing that has me leaning away from the Sennheiser and toward the eDemensional.

HD212, has great bass, and are very comfortable, like what you are looking for.

HD465, These have a slightly better tone response, but not as powerful bass, and weigh lighter.
