Is this ATI 8500 retail?

I found this card on pricewatch and I am not sure about it. The card is here http://www.ocie.com/metacart/product.asp?intProdID=1902

It says its retail on price watch and here, then again it says its made by power magic. Any feedback? I wont buy an oem version of this card, so I am in search of the cheapest retail version available and this seems to be it, if its in fact retail. Feedback plz.

Yea it's OEM.

If it's not made and packaged by ATi it'll be OEM.

Well it is 'retail' it's just not made by ATi, therefore the specs may vary a bit (i.e. it could be 250/250 or it could be 275/275).

1 year warranty by dealer.
A retail should be 1 year by manufacture,maybe they call a manufacture a dealer?

Ya I remember seeing that post now. What bs, they try to make it sound retail, it kinda is but kinda isnt. Looks like I wait for that 10k+ 3dmark score a bit longer.

it`s made by Power Magic. I would wait and get an ATI.
