is there anyway to convert an .asf to .avi? i hate these .asf files because i cant scroll up or down on the movie >_<

There will be a link on that page with info on converting to an .avi file....I believe it can be done with a program called Virtualdub, which is freeware. :D

Look for VideoMach, I use it and it's great, the demo (Which never seems to expire) is full featured. Converts nearly all video formats (Minus RealPlayer and QuickTime) and it will allow you to pick which codec you want it encoded in.
