Depends on what you got, hope they have SLI support with this, reason I ask is below.
Pardon the thread jack, but does 2k4 freeze with SLI anti-alaising as the rendermode for anyone? Mine is givin me problems.

wow, that far? I assumed it was closer than that, given all the hype around it...
Im amazed that its coming out that soon. Given the graphics on that game i figured it was at least spring 07

Vehicle CTF / ONS gets boring after awhile. My clan mates say VCTF is for CTF for the disabled .. ha. Im going to be all over 2k7, especially the 1v1 / TDM.

Will you guys still buy it if they have the rumored in-game ads? I'm waiting to see, but if it does I will pass on it.
If they do, im sure someone will come out with a patch or mods to have your own stuff in there.
shouldn't be too much of a problem. :)
i bet modders will be like :D

If you watch the interview on www.ign.com they said it will come out before 2008, but that's all they could guarentee. And this was like, March 6

I have no doubt the game will be quite taxing on system recomendations. However! I bet you there will be a "down-step" mode of it to run in, like Call of Duty 2 has. It runs in DirectX 9, but there is a DirectX 8 mode for those with lower end systems. Sure UT2k7 won't look nearly as nice as it would in DX10, but I'm sure it'll be decent enough to play.

I don't really think UT2k7 is going to be DX10.

I would prefer real product placement over fake ones myself.
Such as real Coke machines, Real bottled water companies, real billboards car ads and so forth.
I got a kick out of seeing Alienware laptops in SC chaos theory(or was it in fear?)

Because they are fun?I know I really like having them in the game.UT2003 was really boring for but I really enjoyed 2004 with the various rideable craft. While I can't say for sure since I haven't played in awhile Id imagine theres got to be a mutator that removes vehicles from the levels.

I loved the vehicle additions to the levels for 2k4. It was rather nice expecially on a slightly bigger map with a limited amount of people, it brought the battle quicker and harder.
I don't really think UT2k7 is going to be DX10.
Why not? Its coming out after DX10 will be released to the general public. And its the most advanced engine ever made.

perhaps it may contain some DX10 features to be activated in future patches - but I love the idea of servers / clients loading the next map towards the end of the current to remove waiting, whilst I have not read anything on the incured memory requirement of that, those with probably 2GB+ will have muchos fun with zero load times :)

Epic is already working on the Unreal 4 engine, so I assume DX10 is going to be in it. The U3 engine has been in development for a few years now, so I don't think they'd just throw in the DX10 at the last part of development :)

Direct X 10 was out to the developers almost 2 years ago.
