What's the BEST 4500rpm HSF

I can't stand the 7000rpm HSFs. They are too noisy 4 me.

I am running PIII 866 @ 1040 (160FSB:D) on TUSL2-C 512MB PC133 RAM. My temp at full load is too high 52:mad: C using the original Intel HSF shipped with the chip. I need to drop my temp at least 10 C.

Any suggestions for a 4500 -> 5000 RPM HSF?

Also, how much difference can Arctic Silver II thermal paste make?

Glaciator (http://www.millennium-thermal.com/start.htm) is the best quiet cooler around...on par, even, with some of the screamers. :)

ASII can make a lot of difference. Of course, the Glaciator ships with some, so you wouldn't really have to worry about getting any. :)
