Peltiers are always an extra bonus to large temp drops!

Nope. Pelts help a lot, but they're not necessary unless you're doing some insane OCing, IMHO.
Also, I think that they're more trouble than they're worth, considering the cost of the pelt, the power reqs and having to deal with condensation and temps below freezing. Many people use them successfully, however. Just a little too much money for my tastes.

A good healthy fear of condensation can be a valuable asset as long as you don't let it scare you away. Here's (http://forums.overclockers.ws/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=34974&highlight=condensation) a link to help get you started. I'd also recommend that you search for threads with the word "condensation" in them. If you can't find something specific, we'll be right here.

a small heatsink on the top will help the water block if the pump gives up but i will tell if my pump gets turned off or not, the web site you want is http://LeufkenTechnologies.com/
