which would you use the TweakMonster Ramsinks or the Thermaltake Memory cooling kit. I know copper is better colling but you have to use epoxy or glue which could mess up the board if it touches the pins on the ram. So what do I do please help.

My radeon 64 DDR has 8 ram chips. I got 4 Alpha 22m square heatsinks from www.coolbreez.com for 2.50/each. Then I sawed each one in half for a perfect fit. I used an ASII and AS adhesive mixture, and I didn't end up with any pin short problems. I wasn't extremely careful when mounting the heatsinks either. Arctic Silver specifically makes the product to be non-conductive but to be sure you can coat the pins with silicone.
total cost for 8 ramsinks = $10 + shipping.
the ramsinks are aluminum and look something like this, except with twice as many equal signs(fins):
