Basically my drive was acting funny so i ran there software test it FAILED all tests. I called them up and they didnt even ask what was wrong i jsut said it had errors and they pre-shipped me another 60 gigger forfree, and i didnt have to send mine back for 30 days so i can back up data. Thanks Maxtor 3-5 days tops they said
