Anyone have an idea on what 2 x 256 MB BH-5 memory are worth. I am looking to put it on eBay but was just wondering what to expect. If it matters it is Kingston HyperX with the Blue Heat spreaders.

You should be able to move them for $100 as they are Gold and a rare item.

you know .. them sticks are great !! and you should be able to get a good price.
i was thinking 90-120 range. its just to bad memory capacity has grown so much because its hard to get good prices on 256's anymore..

In my book, BH5/BH6 still is the RAM to get. If I weren't so broke, I'd be stockpiling BH5 :)

Well if any of you guys are interested let me know. I am trying to get my hands on a opty 144 preferably 146 that will O/C pretty good so any money towards it helps. Unfortunately the board I have will no put more than 2.9V to this ram so I have never even seen the potential. I do know it will do 2-2-2-5 at 220 with 2.9.

Depends but unless the sticks can do 285+ I wouldn't expect more than about $70 for them.

seeing as my 2x512 kit sold for 90 shipped on ebay I wouldn' t set your sights too high for 2x256.
