I want to get some decent OCing RAM, and this looks like a good deal

I want to run 1:1 and I have my HTT at 266, so this looks like a good idea. I can sell my memory in my sig with another 512 to a friend for $130, so is this a smart idea? I don't really want to go 2gig till my next setup in about a year.
